Theme: Global Diversity
Greater diversity in postgraduate research benefits everybody. It generates work that reflects current society more accurately and is fundamental to our understanding of universities as public institutions. Ensuring inclusivity in postgraduate education is at the heart of furthering our economic, scientific and social progress.
On this page we have gathered together some of our resources, broadly tackling the theme of diversity. They include individual engagement with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives, as well as interviews, frameworks and bibliographies.
So, for me, what we can better do to enact that ED&I practice is a commitment to learning and understanding intersectionality, taking an anti-racist approach, working with each other, and creating those safe spaces for our students.Louise Banahene MBE
