Graduate School Managers Network recruits Sponsor
PhD Manager and UKCGE have reached an agreement to support the activities of the recently launched network for the next two years.
PhD Manager is an integrated software solution for effective management of a Doctoral Research programme. The solution which has been developed by Haplo Services Ltd streamlines processes and provides extensive reporting enabling Graduate School Managers to focus their time and research support effectively.
PhD Manager is part of a suite of tools developed by Haplo for managing research administration across an institution. As a specialist in information management systems with a number of employees benefitting from a background in academia, Haplo are passionate about developing solutions to support research in Higher Education.
Haplo Managing Director, Jennifer Summers said,

The agreement will see coverage of PhD Manager across all interactions within UKCGE’s Graduate School Manager Network, and across other Council activities related to the network.

The Graduate School Managers Network inaugural meeting takes place on Friday 5th of February 2016, at Imperial College London’s luxurious 170 Queensgate. The afternoon seminar is now fully booked but a morning seminar has been added to the days programme, with a cross over networking lunch provided. Colleagues who are interested in attending future networks events are advised to note that a GSMN symposium will take place at the 2016 Annual Conference and a full day workshop is also scheduled for the next academic year.
