This interactive workshop, developed by Transitions and Transformations: The Black Researcher’s Journey — one of the 13 Research England-funded projects focused on racial equity and access to postgraduate education — and Diverse Minds, aims to explore the link between mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
This session will help users:
- Explore the link between mental health, wellbeing and resilience
- Understand how to build resilience in response to demands in a virtual/blended environment
- Think about how one can create their own resilience toolkit
- Pose ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ to help us daily
- Signpost to internal and external resources
