This panel discussion, developed by Transitions and Transformations: The Black Researcher’s Journey — one of the 13 Research England-funded projects focused on racial equity and access to postgraduate education — and The Diversity Trust, aims to support PGRs in pathways into and out of postgraduate studies.
Julie Cheung, The Diversity Trust, facilitates a conversation between Dr Lateesha Osbourne, Dr Howard Haughton, and Russell Thomas, exploring key topics, such as:
- Deciding between further study or entering work outside of the HE sector
- How to stand out in competitive job markets
- How to communicate leadership and purpose effectively
- What the future of work might look like in the age of AI
