Mentoring with Race in Mind: Part 4This interactive workshop, developed by Transitions and Transformations: The Black Researcher’s Journey — one of the 13 Research England-funded projects focused on racial equity and access to postgraduate education — and Diversity Minds, is part 3 of a series aimed to help with mentoring schemes in schools and departments, focused on positive two-way communication on race and racism.
Part 3 of this series will focus on understanding how to engage in two-way communication on race and racism in mentorship, guiding departments and schools looking to embed understandings of racial equity into mentoring programmes to understand:

- Practical conversational and mentoring examples
