IFSTAL Food for Thought Showcase Event: Bookings Now Open
IFSTAL, Innovative Food Systems Teaching and Learning, are holding their showcase event, Food for Thought, on 27th September 2018 at Oxford Town Hall.
IFSTAL is a unique organisation. It brings together leading academic minds in food systems thinking with the workplace to create an interdisciplinary, workplace-orientated model to build the community of future researchers, practitioners, campaigners and advocates for change: ‘food system analysts’.
This showcase event will be an opportunity to share and discuss experiences of a multi-institution collaboration for interdisciplinary teaching and learning. There, IFSTAL will reflect on the successes and learning from the 3‑year HEFCE Catalyst Fund IFSTAL Programme and look to the future of food systems higher education.
