Coventry University are recruiting to two full-time, permanent posts in Researcher Development, providing leadership and coordination of new programmes to support postgraduate, early-career and mid-career researchers.

As an ambitious and innovative university, Coventry are investing £150m into a new research strategy, Excellence with Impact’. Through original approaches from world-leading experts, the institution is aiming for there research to make a tangible difference.

As part of a newly-formed team and under the direction of the Research Capability Development Manager, the post holders will support the development of individual researchers and the research community through developing and delivering research training, events and funding programmes.

Coventry are seeking two creative, driven, dynamic individuals with expertise in researcher development, who are looking to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment. 

Salary band is £36,315 to £51,705. 

An element of location independent working may be possible.
