Main Course

Pan-fried fillet of sea bream, Aubergine & cauliflower purée & roasted fennel Seared maize fed chicken breast With green peppercorn cream sauce Spiced onion dhal with sautéed oyster mushrooms Wilted spinach & toasted almonds served with rice
