Postgraduate Education Practitioners Network — Online Workshop 2025

At this workshop, there will be a discussion about the new UKRI Terms and Conditions of Doctoral Training Grants, a chance to consider careers in professional services, plus our first spotlight session on Post-viva support for PGRs.
The 2025 Postgraduate Education Practitioners Network workshop provides the opportunity to join colleagues from HEIs across the UK to discuss some of the pressing issues affecting their roles.
In this session we welcome Ewan Nicholas from UKRI, to discuss the new UKRI Terms and Conditions of Doctoral Training Grants, and Rachel Reeds from Anglia Ruskin University, who will be talking about careers in professional services. Chris Day and Dr Tom Webb from Coventry University will also present our first spotlight session on Post-viva support for PGRs, and we will finish with a discussion on organisational change.
